You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agentiqa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
